The High Court of Judicature at Patna, Bihar has officially declared the
Final Result for the Stenographer Group-C Recruitment Examination 2025-26
on 23 April 2026. This recruitment was conducted under Advertisement
No. PHC/02/2025 for a total of 111 Stenographer Group-C vacancies.
The online application window for this recruitment was open from
21 August 2025 to 19 September 2025, with the fee payment deadline
extended to 21 September 2025. Candidates from General/EWS/BC/EBC
categories were required to pay an application fee of Rs. 1100,
while SC/ST and Orthopedically Handicapped (OH) candidates paid a
reduced fee of Rs. 550.
The written examination was successfully held on 22 December 2025.
Admit cards for the same were made available from 15 December 2025
through the official online portal. Post examination, the official
answer key was released on 09 January 2026, giving candidates an
opportunity to verify their responses.

shortlisted candidates were called for the interview round. Interview

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA RECAP:
Candidates who applied for this post were required to have passed
Intermediate (Class 12th) from a recognized board. Additionally,
they needed a Certificate in English Shorthand and English Typing,
along with a Diploma or Certificate in Computer Application of at
least six months duration. Minimum speed requirements were 80 words
per minute in English Shorthand and 40 words per minute in English Typing.

- UR/EWS Male: Maximum 37 Years
- UR/EWS/BC/EBC Female: Maximum 40 Years
- BC/EBC Male: Maximum 40 Years
